Rolled Mattress Assembly Instructions:

  1. Remove mattress from box. Provide space for mattress to unroll.
  2. Cut the outer bag carefully to avoid cutting the mattress. Using scissors is recommended rather than a knife.
  3. Roll out the mattress on a flat surface or onto a bed frame.
  4. Cut the edges of the inner plastic bag carefully and the mattress will start to expand.
  5. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand before using it.

All of our products are brand new and come with 12 months of structural warranty unless otherwise stated.

Please report all damages, missing parts or defects and take pictures of the problem and contact us as soon as possible.
