Direct Furniture products are covered by a 12-month structural warranty, unless otherwise stated, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: scratches, bumps, blemishes, fabric, or minor cosmetic damages are not covered.

Making a Claim:

  • Report any faults, missing parts, or damage as soon as possible.
  • Take clear photos or videos and keep your proof of purchase.
  • We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, all costs will be covered. A service fee may apply if no fault is found during inspection.

Delivery & Shipping

Order Processing & Dispatch:

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
  • Made-to-order items may take 10-12 weeks, depending on the selected colour, size, or combination.
  • Some products may be temporarily unavailable due to stock levels; in such cases, estimated delivery times will be provided.
  • Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Average delivery for Perth Metro suburbs is 1-4 business days for in-stock items.
  • For items not in stock, or made-to-order, delivery may take up to 10-12 weeks.
  • Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer; additional charges may apply.
  • Our drivers will call 30-60 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the delivery window.
  • While we aim to deliver on time, please note that estimated timeframes are a guide only and delays may occasionally occur.

Delivery Details & Customer Responsibilities

  • Items are delivered to the room of your choice on the ground floor.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all furniture fits through doors, hallways, stairwells, and elevators. Please check measurements before ordering.
  • We can deliver to a garage or other safe location if instructed.
  • Delivery and pickup do not include assembly unless arranged beforehand.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise quoted. You can also refer to the table here.
  • Perth Metro delivery starts from $95, based on distance (this includes a temporary $20 fuel surcharge).
  • The temporary fuel surcharge will be removed once fuel prices stabilise.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements.

Scheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Rescheduling is free if notified before the scheduled delivery day.
  • If no one is home at the agreed delivery time and prior notice hasn’t been given, additional delivery fees may apply.

Assembly Instructions
1. Remove mattress from box. Provide space for mattress to unroll.
2. Cut the outer bag carefully to avoid cutting the mattress. Using scissors is recommended rather than a knife.
3. Roll out the mattress on a flat surface or onto a bed frame.
4. Cut the edges of the inner plastic bag carefully and the mattress will start to expand.
5. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand before using it.
