Yes! Our Joondalup Factory Outlet offers selected
clearance furniture and outlet specials, including

Yes! Click & Collect is available during our
regular opening hours. Orders may be ready for
collection within 2 hours, depending on stock
availability at our Joondalup location.
If your items are stored at another warehouse,
additional time may be required for stock transfers.

Can I place a custom-made furniture order?
Absolutely! We have our own furniture factory
in Vietnam, allowing us to offer custom-made
timber furniture to suit your preferences.
The approximate lead time is 12-14 weeks for
manufacturing and arrival at Fremantle Port.
Please note this is an estimate only, not a
guaranteed delivery date. Shipping schedules,
customs clearance and other circumstances
outside our control may affect the timeframe.

Does your furniture require assembly?
Most of our timber furniture, including many
wardrobes, tall chests, bedside tables and
bookcases, arrives fully assembled or requires
minimal assembly. In many cases, you only need
to attach the handles.
Bed frames generally require assembly, such as
connecting the side rails to the headboard and
bedend with bolts. Assembly requirements vary
depending on the product.
Can I view furniture before purchasing?
Absolutely! Visit us to see furniture in person,
compare designs, colours and finishes, and
speak with our friendly team.
Do you offer furniture delivery?
Yes. Perth Metro delivery is available from $95.
Delivery charges depend on your location and
order requirements.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment is required. Simply visit us
during our regular opening hours.
