Where is the Welshpool Warehouse located?
Our store is at Unit 5, 30-34 Adams Drive, Welshpool WA 6106. From Welshpool Road, follow the A-frame sign into Adams Drive, then look for the 30-34 address and the βMattress Saleβ directional sign. Continue towards the rear of the complex to Unit 5, where youβll see the large Direct Furniture sign above our entrance. Parking is available on site.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday - Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Public holiday hours may vary.
What furniture can I find at Welshpool?

Is Welshpool a furniture clearance centre?
Yes! Welshpool is our clearance centre, where selected clearance items from across our stores are brought together. You may find end-of-line furniture, one-off designs and other special deals. Clearance stock is limited and changes regularly.

Can I collect my online order at Welshpool?
Yes! Click & Collect is available during our regular opening hours. Orders may be ready for collection within 2 hours, depending on stock availability at Welshpool. Stock transfers from another warehouse may take longer. Please wait for collection confirmation before visiting.
Can I place a custom-made furniture order?
Absolutely! We have our own furniture factory in Vietnam, allowing us to offer custom-made timber furniture. The approximate lead time is 12-14 weeks for manufacturing and arrival at Fremantle Port. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; shipping schedules, customs clearance and other circumstances may affect the timeframe. Speak with our team about available timber types, colours, sizes and customisation options.
Does your furniture require assembly?
Many wardrobes, tall chests, bedside tables and bookcases arrive fully assembled or require minimal assembly, sometimes just attaching handles. Bed frames generally require assembly, such as connecting the side rails to the headboard and bedend. Requirements vary by product.
Can I view furniture before purchasing?

Do you offer furniture delivery?
Yes. Perth Metro delivery is available from $95. Delivery charges depend on your location and order requirements.
