Yes! Click & Collect is available during regular opening hours, depending on stock availability at Midland. Orders may be ready within 2 hours when stock is available locally; transfers from another warehouse may take longer. Please wait for collection confirmation before visiting.
Can I place a custom-made furniture order?
Absolutely! We have our own furniture factory in Vietnam, allowing us to offer custom-made timber furniture. The approximate lead time is 12-14 weeks for manufacturing and arrival at Fremantle Port. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; shipping schedules, customs clearance and other circumstances may affect the timeframe. Speak with our team about available timber types, colours, sizes and customisation options.
Does your furniture require assembly?
Most of our timber furniture, including many wardrobes, tall chests, bedside tables and bookcases, arrives fully assembled or requires minimal assembly, sometimes just attaching handles. Bed frames generally require assembly, such as connecting side rails to the headboard and bedend. Requirements vary by product.
Can I view furniture before purchasing?
Absolutely! Visit Midland to see furniture in person, compare designs, colours and finishes, and explore our house-style room settings. Our team can help you find suitable pieces for your home.
Do you offer furniture delivery?
Yes. Perth Metro delivery is available from $95. Delivery charges depend on your location and order requirements.
